To convert PNG to PDF, add your PNG files, arrange them, and click Convert to PDF. Each image becomes a page, and the PNG data goes in without lossy compression, so screenshots and text stay sharp. Nothing is uploaded.

Why turn PNG files into a PDF?

  • Screenshots for a bug report, tutorial, or support ticket, all in one file.
  • Design mockups and graphics you send a client page by page.
  • Forms and portals that refuse PNG but accept PDF.
  • Screens or scans saved as PNG that need to stay crisp.

How to convert PNG to PDF

  1. Click Select Files, or drag your PNG images into the drop zone. Other file types are skipped.
  2. Check the list. Files follow the order shown, and the X button removes one.
  3. Click Convert to PDF, then click Download.

Sharp text, transparent backgrounds, and file size

PNG is lossless, so nothing is thrown away when the image goes into the PDF. Each image is scaled to fit the page and centered, and small text in a screenshot stays readable.

PDF pages are white, so a transparent PNG shows white behind it. Because PNG holds more data than JPG, the finished file can be large. Shrink it with Compress PDF, or convert the images with PNG to JPG first when perfect sharpness isn't needed.

Other image types

This tool takes PNG only. For photos, use JPG to PDF, and for a mix of JPG, PNG, and WebP in one document, use Image to PDF. Our guide on combining scans into one PDF covers the whole workflow.

Tips for a clean screenshot PDF

Take your screenshots at the same width so the pages look consistent. Crop out browser bars and desktop clutter with Crop Image, and hide anything private with Blur or Pixelate Part of a Photo before you build the PDF.

Add the files in the order you want people to read them. If you get it wrong, remove a file with the X button and add it again in the right place.

Frequently asked questions

Will my PNG lose quality in the PDF?

No. Each PNG is embedded without lossy compression and only scaled to fit the page.

How do I turn a screenshot into a PDF?

Screenshots are usually PNG files. Add them here, arrange the order, and convert. Each screenshot becomes a page with readable text.

Can I combine several PNG files into one PDF?

Yes. Select as many as you like, and each one becomes a page in the order listed.

What happens to a transparent background?

The PDF page is white, so transparent areas appear white. Soft edges and shadows blend into it.

Why is the PDF so large?

PNG keeps every pixel, so a PDF from PNGs is heavier than one from JPGs. Compress it afterward with Compress PDF.

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. Your browser builds the PDF on your own device.
